What It Takes to Own a Launch Family Entertainment Park
Owning a Launch Family Entertainment park means bringing a high-energy, family-
focused destination to your community while building a scalable business designed for
long-term performance. Launch Parks are built to serve a broad range of guests, from
everyday play to birthday parties, group events, and repeat family visits, creating
multiple revenue streams under one roof.
Understanding the investment required to develop and operate a Launch Park is an
important part of the evaluation process. Below are key financial considerations, along
with references to Items 6 and 7 of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), to help
you better understand what to expect.
Initial Franchise Fee: $75,000 per location
Royalty Fee: 6% of Gross Sales
Brand Marketing Fee: 2% of Gross Sales
Estimated Initial Investment: Approximately $3,517,213 to $6,501,900
Minimum Liquid Capital: $800,000
The total investment will vary based on factors such as facility size, selected attraction
mix, and whether the park includes bowling, a full-service Krave restaurant, and a bar,
as well as market-specific construction and development requirements.
