Safety Is Our #1 Priority
Participating in any action or extreme sport requires following clear rules, safety guidelines, and jumping within one’s own ability. At every Launch location, we want all jumpers/guests to leave happy and full of exciting stories to share with friends. To make this possible, we have carefully reduced or eliminated many of the hazards associated with trampolines. Our team continually works to maintain a safe environment through strong structure design, ongoing staff training, research, education, and thoughtful planning.
How We Ensure The Safety Of Our Guests
- Staff perform daily and weekly equipment and maintenance checks to confirm all attractions function properly. They also enforce strict adherence to our rules and reserve the right to remove guests from jumping if their behavior could endanger themselves or others.
- All guests, including spectators, must complete and sign a valid Launch waiver before entering the facility. Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent, legal guardian, or someone with power of attorney.
- Guests must watch the Launch Safety Video on the TVs at check-in before using any attractions. This video explains all rules and shows how to enjoy the park safely.
Strict Sock Policy
- All active participants wear Launch Grip Socks on every attraction at all times. Guests can reuse socks if they have purchased them before. Participants without socks can buy a pair at check-in. Launch Grip Socks are the only approved socks in our facilities, providing traction and keeping everyone safe.
