The owner/manager of Launch Family Entertainment should be incredibly proud of the staff here. We went here for the first time and all of the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming to my whole family. There was a minor malfunction with the VR machine and they were very apologetic and accommodating about the issue. The activity and experience are fun for the whole family but really the staff truly made it a memorable experience for us!

I celebrated my little brother’s 7th birthday here and it was absolutely amazing. All of the kids spent hours on the trampolines, playing arcade games, going through the mazes & bowling. My brother said it was the best birthday he has ever had (he’s 7, but STILL). The staff was super helpful, very accommodating and great with kids. I never once felt as though we were being a bother, and I was impressed with the level of patience of each employee working the party. This was a great way to get all the kids energy out and make his day extra special. Thank you for making this possible!

I’ve only been a couple of times in the past year, but every time everyone was so friendly and accommodating. After roll on America closed, it’s been so refreshing to have another entertainment center in the Leominster area for all ages! I can’t wait to go back again!

JD and MEL were AMAZING! They were really great with everyone and the kids!it was a birthday party for my daughter and our first time there so I was really overwhelmed but they really helped me calm and took charge of what needed to be done ! Definitely will be back!! Can’t wait for some 21+ bowling !!!

I never write reviews but had to since we had a great experience. We had our son’s bday here and I was very impressed with the coordination of the host Carly (I believe that was her name). She was very friendly, professional and the whole team was good with the kids -they kept everyone on time and the whole family had a great time. Definitely a lot to do and would have another kids event there. Everyone at this place was very professional.
