Is there an age limit for admittance to Launch?
All ages are welcome at Launch. To comply with safety standards, certain attractions are separated by age and size.
Do you sell food and beverages?
Yes. We offer a variety of food and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase at Krave.
Now Offering BYOB: Guests may bring beer and ready-to-drink cocktails only. Wine and hard liquor are not permitted. All alcohol must be brought and consumed by guests 21 and over with a valid ID. Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas. Guests who consume alcohol may not participate in platform attractions or any physical attractions. Launch staff reserves the right to refuse access to attractions for any guest who appears under the influence. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the park without a refund. Guests accept full responsibility for their own alcohol consumption. Launch reserves the right to modify or discontinue BYOB privileges at any time.
What is there to do at Launch?
Trampolines and jumping are not our only activities. We offer a wide variety of programs and attractions, including Dodgeball, Dunk Lanes, Warrior Courses, Stunt Jump, Trapeze, Ninja Course, AirTrack Basketball, Arcade Games, Bowling Lanes, and Laser Tag VR.
Do you have lockers?
Yes. Lockers are available for rent to store your valuables while you play.
Are socks required to jump at Launch?
Yes. We sell our patented Launch socks, which are required while jumping. You may bring them back to reuse on your next visit if they are in good condition. Only Launch socks may be worn while jumping.
Can I reuse Launch socks?
Yes. You may reuse your Launch socks on future visits as long as they are in good condition.
Who can sign a waiver?
All guests must sign a waiver online or upon entry to the park. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Should I buy tickets online or in park?
To avoid lines and ensure your jump time is reserved, we recommend booking online. Tickets may also be purchased in park, and additional jump time can be added in park. Please check your local Launch for availability.
What is the best time to visit Launch?
Our parks are typically less busy on weekdays, Monday through Thursday. Weekends, Friday through Sunday, are usually busier. During the summer when school is out, parks operate with extended hours.

Do I need to bring my ticket?
Bringing a physical or electronic ticket can help expedite the check-in process.
Can I leave a child unattended at Launch?
Children under the age of 18 may not be left unattended and must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
