How can I earn points?
You earn points on qualifying purchases, $1.00 = 10 Points earned. Not all transactions earn the same point value. Full point value accrues from purchase of: Admission, Add-On attractions, Krave Food, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, and Merchandise. Half Point value accrues from purchase of: Camp, Birthday Parties, Birthday Party Add ons, Group Experiences, and Group Experience Add Ons. Points do not accrue on: Bar Hopes, Alcohol Sales or Add Ons, Arcade Cards or Add Ons, Gift Cards, Vending, Memberships, Redemption, or Lockers. When do I earn a reward?
For every 1500 points earned you get $15 in Launch Value.

Where can I check my point/reward balance?
You can check your point or reward balance on the mobile app or online at https://launchtrampoline.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/

Can I get points for purchasing a Loyal Launcher gift card?
No. You will not receive Loyal Launcher Rewards points for purchasing a gift card. However, the gift card recipient will earn Launch Rewards points for every qualified purchase that they make at a participating Launch location. The gift card recipient must present their Launch Loyalty registered phone number or account number at the time of purchase (even if tendering with the gift card) to earn your Launch Rewards points for that purchase.

Can I use rewards to purchase a Launch® gift card?
No. You cannot use rewards to purchase Launch gift cards.

I purchased a Launch® gift card for someone. Can they join Launch Rewards using that gift card?
No. They will need to register at https://launchtrampoline.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/

Where can I check my gift card balance?
You can check your gift card balance by logging into your account on the mobile app.

I forgot my username or password for my Launch Rewards account. What should I do?
