Waivers and Forms
All participants must complete the following before the event:
Launch Standard Waiver (per family)
Drop and Shop Waiver Form (per child)
Child Profile Form (emergency contact, allergies, and authorized pickup)
After registration is verified, the Administrative Assistant will email all required forms directly to parents for completion prior to the event.
Pickup Policy
Ten-minute grace period after session end.
One dollar per minute per child after the grace period.
Late fees are collected at pickup before checkout.
Pick-up ends at 6 PM with a 10-minute grace period. After 6:10 PM, a one dollar per minute. Late fee applies.
