We come back here 2 weeks in a row because the kids LOVE it! It is spacious, super clean and has a lot of variety of arcade games. Everyone from the front desk, to the staff, to the supervisor are extremely courteous and helpful. The supervisor Lam also explained to us different birthday packages. The pizza is actually cheesy and good, not cold and stale like other places! Darius helped us with the rope course. He is patient, professional and courteous. We are very happy with this facility!

My boys are in elementary and middle school and they absolutely loved Launch!!! They literally played here for hours and did not want to leave. Their favorite parts were the VR Laser Tag, the jump pad, the ropes course and the dodgeball court. We also grabbed some pizza and icees. It’s brand new and everything is super clean and modern. 10/10 recommend.

Fun filled family place. Jay our Krave food attendant was very professional and friendly. The manager Jerome was also very plesant to work with. I give this place five stars. Clean, nice great vibe and atmosphere! My family I will be back, bowling, jumping, pool tables, seating areas, fun for the whole family.

We came here for the first time and ended up staying way longer than we planned — which honestly never happens for us at places like this. This place has everything. My kids were nonstop moving between activities — arcade, trampolines, obstacle areas, basketball, VR — and on top of that they also have bowling, pool tables, darts, and even a rope course up above which is really cool to see in person. There’s also a comfortable seating area with couches and a cafeteria-style space, so you’re not just standing around the whole time. As a parent, that part mattered a lot. I was actually able to sit, relax, and enjoy myself while still keeping an eye on the kids.
The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, and the whole place felt clean and well-run. We had food while we were there (nachos, salsa, etc.) and they were super accommodating with little requests, which I appreciated. Another huge plus — they have a bar, which I’ve honestly never seen done this well in a place like this. It makes it feel a lot more enjoyable for adults too, not just something you tolerate for the kids. What really made the experience though was the atmosphere. My kids made friends, I met other parents, and it turned into one of those days where everything just flowed and worked out perfectly.
We’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a place where kids can burn energy and adults can actually enjoy being there too, this is it.

You may think that Launch Family Entertainment West is just for kids… But our adult children had the time of their life yesterday for Christmas. From Mini Golf to Air Track Basketball. From a game of Limitless VR to Pixel Floor Games. To the top of the High Ropes Course to the top of the Launch Pad they played for 5 hours and enjoyed it all. The reloadable game cards kept them entertained for at least half of that time, playing arcade games, winning points and turning them in for cool prizes at the end. At the end of our evening, we spent our last half hour or so in the “Krave Cafe” enjoying pizza 🍕 & French Fries.
As we sat there reflecting on our time there we observed families enjoying every area that Launch has to offer. The cool thing was, even though it was very busy and people were everywhere, it did not feel overcrowded. We would just like to add that we love that this place is owned by a local couple that grew up in the area. We saw them there last night, interacting with their guests making sure they were having a positive experience. Great place to have a birthday 🥳 BTW.
