Really amazing staff especially Anthony and Gabriela! It was very fun, and checking in was very easy. The dodge ball was amazing and trampoline is good for your kids to play around! And I would recommend you guys to come here especially if your having birthday parties or having fun!

My kids and I had an amazing time at Launch Family and Fun Trampoline Park. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire place was — floors, bathrooms, seating areas — everything was spotless, which made me feel so comfortable bringing my children.
But what really made our experience stand out was CJ and Franklin . He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Whether it was helping my little ones with their gear, explaining the attractions, or just checking in to see how we were doing, CJ was friendly, professional, and truly made us feel welcome. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the guests.
It’s not every day you find a fun place that’s clean, safe, and full of energy, with a staff that treats you like family. We’ll definitely be coming back — thank you, Launch, and a special shout-out to CJ for making our day extra special!

Very great! I came here for my friends birthday party and they are amazing. The staff are so nice, the check in was beautiful and it was overall really easy to check in. Beautiful place I really recommend going here if you are having a birthday party soon or trying to have fun! The staff Anthony was the best he seemed like the nicest one there and he really helped us

Awesome place to spend with the family. My girls had an amazing time. Especially my 10 year old who loved the slides. My 4 year old had a ball with the indoor playground on the upper floor. Food was good as well. The staff was pleasant and attentive to anything. Thank you Launch for a great experience.

Launch is such a fun place for kids to play and have fun!! I’m so glad I got to come with my cousin Jack!! We had so much fun doing the basketball air track, climbing wall, and trampolines!! Two employees named Gabrielle and Ja’Dora were so nice and helpful while we enjoyed our time here!! I would highly recommend taking your kids for a fun day at Launch in Brooklyn!!
