Launch: A FULL family entertainment franchise opportunity
Launch Entertainment parks feature full arcades, bowling, climbing walls, laser tag, obstacle courses, battle pits, and more. Talk about a strategic advantage in the family entertainment franchise sector!
Let’s break it down. According to Research and Markets, the Family Entertainment Center Market grew from $46.36 billion in 2023 to $52.35 billion in 2024 and is expected to continue growing at a CAGR of 13.27%, reaching $110.97 billion by 2030.
More attraction variety means broader customer appeal, which translates to year-round ticket sales, and memberships.
Multiple activities Keep Traffic Flowing
A strong business doesn’t rely on just one attractor. At Launch, strategically designed attractions & activities keep sales and foot traffic flowing:
- Birthday Parties That Go Big – Our tiered party packages (MVP, All-Star, A-List) give guests a customizable experience. Parties drive foot traffic, increase concession and arcade activity, and create lasting word-of-mouth buzz.
- Corporate & Group Events – Think beyond families. Companies often look to Launch for team-building days, sports teams to celebrate wins, and schools planning field trips. Large private rentals, like post-prom parties or other organizational outings, bring in additional traffic while leveraging custom event packages.
- Camps & School Break Programs – When school’s out, Launch Camps keep the parks packed. Parents love having a trusted, safe place to drop off their kids during breaks, and franchisees love the customers these seasonal programs bring.
- Fundraisers That Build Community & Sales – Schools, nonprofits, and clubs choose Launch as a fundraising partner, driving more customers to your park.
- Special Events for Specific Age Groups – Signature events like Ignite Glow Parties (designed for teens and young adults) and Toddler Time (exclusive play hours for little ones) create unique experiences that encourage repeat visits across all age groups.
Capitalizing on the ‘Eatertainment’ Boom
Dining and entertainment are no longer separate experiences—guests want both in one place. That’s why Launch created Krave Pizza Kitchen and Bar Hops, keeping families, friends, and corporate groups fueled without ever leaving the park.
Millennials and Gen Z are driving the demand for social, interactive dining spaces, and Launch is perfectly positioned to meet that trend. Whether it’s a group of friends grabbing a bite between games or parents enjoying a drink while their kids play, in-park food and beverage options add serious value to the business.
Smart Real Estate & Operational Efficiency
Launch often repurposes second-generation retail spaces, reducing buildout costs and getting parks up and running faster. These locations are typically in high-traffic areas, already attracting potential guests, which helps generate strong foot traffic from day one.
Once the park is open, technology does the heavy lifting. Online booking and automated ticketing streamline operations, while real-time data analytics help franchisees track performance, optimize pricing, and drive targeted promotions.

As a Launch franchisee, you’ll offer dedicated event spaces to combine dining and entertainment and keep guests on-site longer.

Q&A with Our Largest Launch Entertainment Franchise Operator
Our semi-absentee management model is enticing for multi-unit operators looking to diversify their portfolio in the children’s fitness and family entertainment franchise space. Just ask Ryan Debin, our largest Launch Entertainment franchise owner and CEO of Momentum Enterprises. His extensive investment portfolio includes 11 My Gym Children’s Fitness Center franchises, where he serves as a master developer for New England along with four Launch Entertainment locations across the region.

We sat down with Ryan to learn more about what drew him to the childcare and family entertainment space.
1. Thanks for sitting down with us today. To start us off, can you tell us about your professional background?
I’m the CEO, “Chief Excitement Officer,” of Momentum Enterprises, an asset management company backed by Arena Capital focused on community, families, fitness and fun. We currently operate 17 businesses across New England and New York, including franchise locations of My Gym Children’s Fitness Center, Launch Entertainment Park, Club Elevate, and The Newport Venture – a Newport, Rhode Island real estate company.
2. How long have you been a Launch Entertainment franchisee and which locations do you own?
I started with Launch in 2018 and opened my first location in March 2019. We now operate four locations throughout Massachusetts in Framingham, Norwood, Westborough and Woburn.
3. As a multi-unit investor, what led you down the path of child and family entertainment?
Our mission at Momentum is to create an atmosphere of optimism, and it’s the driving force behind all the brands we invest in. Each concept we invest in is community-centered with a big focus on family and fun.
4. What made you decide to become a Launch franchisee? And how does Launch fit well into your portfolio of other concepts?
I first heard about Launch because my children visited a location. I was looking for a new business opportunity and after meeting with the corporate team, saw that their values seamlessly aligned with ours.
Since I’ve been with the brand, the concept is leading the industry with a fresh and innovative attraction mix. It’s no longer just a trampoline park and continues to evolve with hot attractions like VR, laser tag and Ninja Fun Course to keep on the cutting age of the entertainment space.
5. How does investing in family, and child concepts benefit a strong business model? Tell us about the success you’ve seen.
Once you get up and operating, the concept runs itself and can be very profitable. Since we own multiple Launch locations, we are able to share resources, and the corporate team is very involved and committed to your success. To learn more about multi-unit opportunities and open territories, fill out our inquiry form and our team will be in touch.
